You use Meso to build and run training programs. We provide the engine, you provide the lifting. You pay once per training cycle, and nothing charges you again unless you choose to buy the next one. The app is a tool, not a doctor — listen to your body and a real medical professional if anything actually hurts. We'll keep the lights on; you'll keep your account secure.
By creating a Meso account, downloading the Meso app, or using meso.fitness, you ("you" or "User") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, that's fine — but you can't use the Service.
These Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Meso ApS, registered in Copenhagen, Denmark ("we," "us"). Together with our Privacy Policy, they govern your use of the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Meso. If you're between 16 and 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

We're responsible for not making this harder than it needs to be — so we offer Apple/Google sign-in, and we'll never ask for your password by email.
Meso is a training-program engine: it designs strength-training programs based on the information you give us at intake and the data you log over time. Specific features evolve — we add, refine, and occasionally retire things as we learn what works. The current scope of the Service is described on meso.fitness and the methodology page; those pages reflect what's available today.
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. Software has bugs. We'll fix the ones we find quickly, and we welcome reports of the ones we missed.
Meso is sold as a cycle pass. One purchase covers one training cycle: about twelve weeks of programming across four phases (the exact length depends on your training level and any phase extension or early deload), including program generation, unlimited tuning within the cycle, and progression through all four phases. The current price is on the pricing page — €9.99 per cycle, with local pricing in other App Store regions.
A pass is a one-off purchase. It does not renew, and we never charge you automatically. When a cycle ends, you decide whether to buy the next one; if you don't, nothing further is charged and there is nothing to cancel.
Starting over. Until you finish the first phase of a cycle, you can discard your program and generate a new one from scratch as many times as you like — it's the same pass. Once you move into the second phase, the program is set for the rest of the cycle: you can still tune it, but a new program from scratch starts a new cycle and needs a new pass.
Before you buy, you can generate up to three programs for free. There's no time limit on those three generations and no payment card is needed.
Passes are sold through the Apple App Store, which processes the payment and is the seller of record. We don't see or store your payment card. App Store prices include VAT where your region requires it.
We may change the price of future passes. A change never affects a pass you've already bought.
Meso does not issue refunds. The three free generations are there so you can see the program the engine builds for you before you pay.
Passes are bought from Apple, so refunds are handled only by Apple, under Apple's own terms of sale. You can make a request at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue, approve or block an App Store refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven) or EU Directive 2011/83.

If you're a coach managing clients, please don't run multiple lifters through one account — the program is generated from one person's training data, so it isn't something the engine can do well.
Meso is a fitness tool, not a medical device. We are not your doctor, physiotherapist, or coach in any capacity recognized by any health regulator. The programs Meso generates are based on research literature; they are not medical advice.
The Meso name, logo, app, website, and engine code are owned by Meso ApS. The methodology documentation is © Meso ApS and licensed to readers under CC BY-NC 4.0 — you can quote, reference, and discuss it; you can't repackage it commercially.
The training data you put into Meso (your intake, your sessions, your numbers) belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you. We don't use your data to train AI models. We don't sell it. See the Privacy Policy.
Our liability for the Service is governed by applicable Danish and EU consumer-protection law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under that law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
You can terminate by deleting your account in Settings → Account → Delete. Done. We can terminate or suspend your account if you materially breach these Terms, pose a security risk, or use the Service to harm someone — we'll give you notice and a chance to cure unless the issue is severe enough to require immediate action.
If we terminate without cause, we'll reimburse you directly for the part of any training cycle you've paid for and don't get to use.
We may change these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. A pass is governed by the Terms in force when you bought it, so a change never alters a pass you've already paid for. Otherwise, changes apply from the date we publish them; if you keep using Meso after that, you accept them. If you don't agree, you can delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Copenhagen, Denmark — except where mandatory consumer protection law (e.g., your right to sue in your home country if you're an EU consumer) overrides this.
