# Reset your Meso password

Reset the password for your Meso account. Meso is a periodized strength-training program (https://meso.fitness).

## How to reset

1. Go to https://meso.fitness/forgot.html and enter your account email.
2. We'll email you a one-time reset link within a few minutes.
3. Open the link and choose a new password. The link expires after a short window; request a new one if it lapses.
